Miss ‘P’ Seasoned Mix Vegetables

Here is a simple easy way to spice up your bland Mix Vegetable and elevate the flavour. Your family and friends will want to go for a second helping. You can use any of the following combination of your favourite mix vegetables (Frozen or Fresh)

 

Ingredients

You can use any of the following combination of your favourite mix vegetable. 

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Celery, Zucchini, String Beans, snap (snow) peas, onions

1 lb. mix vegetables

2 tablespoons Miss ‘P’ All Purpose Mix Seasoning

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Method

In a wok or skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add Miss ‘P’ All Purpose Mix Seasoning to the butter and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in vegetables, add salt and black pepper to taste. Cook until vegetables are at the perfect texture that you desire. Serve hot.
