Here is a simple easy way to spice up your bland Mix Vegetable and elevate the flavour. Your family and friends will want to go for a second helping. You can use any of the following combination of your favourite mix vegetables (Frozen or Fresh)

Ingredients

  • You can use any of the following combination of your favourite mix vegetable. 
    • Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Celery, Zucchini, String Beans, snap (snow) peas, onions
  • 1 lb. mix vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Miss ‘P’ All Purpose Mix Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Method

In a wok or skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add Miss ‘P’ All Purpose Mix Seasoning to the butter and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in vegetables, add salt and black pepper to taste. Cook until vegetables are at the perfect texture that you desire. Serve hot.
