- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into 1 ½ inch pieces)
- 3 tablespoons Miss “P” All Purpose Mix Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon bar-b-q sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Wash chicken and marinate with all the above (except oil) let the meat marinate for at least 15 minutes. You can also marinate overnight, if so, make sure to refrigerate.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Suggestion: Can be serve with Miss ‘P’ Seasoned Rice, Salad, Stir Fry Vegetables

Add 2 tablespoons oil to a rimmed baking sheet. Place marinated chicken pieces onto the baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the meat registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
