This is one of the most super simple and delicious meal that you can prepare… practically effortless.
- 1 lb. jumbo uncooked shrimp (peeled, deveined and washed)
- 6 tablespoons Miss ‘P’ Curry Paste
- 2 tablespoons Miss ‘P’ All Purpose Mix Seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 medium size tomatoes (diced)
- Onions, scallion to garnish

Marinate the shrimp with 6 tablespoons Miss ‘P’ Curry Paste, 2 tablespoons Miss ‘P’ All Purpose Mix Seasoning, salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes (no need to marinate if you are in a rush)
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and stir in the marinated shrimp.
Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the cover and add 1/2 cup water and diced tomatoes
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Make sure not to over cook your shrimp as the texture can be very “rubbery”.
Garnish with thinly sliced onions and chopped scallions.
